The House committee at Temple Ner Tamid has been very active recently. Responsible for the continued upkeep of the Temple, both inside and out, the committee embarked on a major project in 2009... the repair and restoration of the Temple’s exterior and sections of the interior. Supported by a major fundraiser, the group proceeded to contract the painting of the entire structure and managed the installation of the beautiful ‘Ponn Walkway’. Additionally, sections of the downstairs area were remodeled and a new Youth Lounge and Conference area were created. The latter includes a ‘state of the art’ audio/video installation.
